About the Design
Originally created as a ceramic figure by Lisa Larson, Zebra has been beautifully translated into jacquard weave while preserving the clarity and warmth of her original artwork. The repeating silhouettes create rhythm and movement across the blanket, proving that the simplest forms are often the most memorable.
Like much of Larson's work, the design is expressive without unnecessary detail. The reversible jacquard weave offers two complementary interpretations of the pattern, allowing and craftsmanship of the weaving to be appreciated from either side.
