Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Are your products genuine Klippan products?
Yes. We specialise in authentic products from Klippan Yllefabrik, together with selected collections from Bengt & Lotta and Kerstin Landström.
Are items kept in stock?
Yes. We only sell products that are physically in stock, allowing us to dispatch orders promptly without waiting for supplier deliveries.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. We never include pricing information inside the parcel, making it easy to send gifts directly to the recipient.
Do Bengt & Lotta candle holders include candles?
Yes. Every Bengt & Lotta candle holder purchased from Klippan Homestore UK includes the correct number of premium Swedish candles, carefully selected to fit your candle holder.
Are Klippan blankets machine washable?
Many of our lambswool throws are machine washable on a wool programme, while heavier wool blankets are best dry cleaned or carefully hand washed. Please refer to the care instructions on each product page.
Where are Klippan products made?
Klippan products are manufactured in Sweden, Latvia, Portugal and Nepal, depending on the product and materials used. The country of manufacture is shown on each product page.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
