As a small independent retailer, we don't dispatch thousands of parcels each day - but we do make sure every order receives the care and attention it deserves.

Delivery you can rely on

At Klippan Homestore UK, we take great care in preparing every order. Whether you've chosen a soft lambswool throw or a handcrafted Bengt & Lotta candle holder, we want it to arrive safely and in perfect condition.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce tracked services.


Delivery Charges

Orders over £40 - free delivery

Orders under £40 - £3.95


Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, dispatch times may occasionally be a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed.


Packaging

We believe beautiful products deserve careful packaging.

Every order is packed by hand to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Wherever possible, we use recyclable packaging materials and avoid unnecessary plastic.

Our Bengt & Lotta candle holders include the appropriate number of premium Swedish candles, carefully wrapped and packed inside the presentation box, so your gift is ready to enjoy from the moment it arrives.


Larger Orders

If your order contains several items, they may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel. If this happens, we'll let you know and provide tracking information for each shipment.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your details before your parcel is dispatched.


Missed Deliveries

If you're not available when delivery is attempted, please follow the instructions provided by the courier to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Sending a Gift?

Many of our blankets, throws and Bengt & Lotta candle holders are purchased as gifts. If you're sending an order directly to the recipient, don't worry—we never include pricing information inside the parcel.
