Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order takes place when your goods are dispatched.
All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability.
Unlike some online retailers, we only sell products that are in stock, allowing us to dispatch orders promptly without the uncertainty of back orders or extended waiting times.
Occasionally, genuine stock discrepancies may occur. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, including a full refund.
Prices
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, genuine errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its trusted payment partners.
We never receive or store your full payment card details.
Product Information

Many of our products are made from natural fibres including lambswool, wool, cotton and linen. Small variations in colour, weave or finish are a natural characteristic of these materials and should not be considered faults.

As we only sell products that are physically in stock, availability is generally accurate at the time you place your order.
If an unexpected stock issue arises, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.
