At Klippan Homestore UK, every product is carefully chosen for its quality, craftsmanship and timeless Scandinavian design. We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Your right to cancel
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, with their original packaging.
How to arrange a return
Before returning your item, please contact us by email at:
We'll provide the return address and any additional instructions to help your return reach us safely.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will include:
- The full cost of the goods.
- Our standard outbound delivery charge (where applicable under your statutory cancellation rights).
Please note that if you selected a premium delivery service, we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery option.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Including a photograph of the problem will help us resolve the issue quickly.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied in error, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any reasonable delivery costs.
Exchanges
If you would like a different design or colour, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is usually the quickest way to receive your replacement.
