The Karin pattern takes its inspiration from the textiles and designs of Karin Larsson at Carl Larssongården in Sundborn, Dalarna.

Karin Larsson was an accomplished artist and textile designer whose work brought colour, pattern and originality to the family home she shared with her husband, the painter Carl Larsson. Her distinctive approach to interiors and textiles remains an enduring influence on Swedish design.
