Christmas is coming, and Moomin seems to have rather a lot to do! This delightful felted wool pot mat features Tove Jansson's much-loved Moomin character hurrying along with Christmas presents tucked under his arm. Full of gentle humour and festive charm, it's a lovely way to bring a little Moomin magic to your Christmas table.

Handmade in Nepal from 100% natural felted wool, this decorative pot mat is also wonderfully practical. Wool's natural insulating properties help protect your table from hot teapots, serving dishes and pans, while its soft, tactile finish adds warmth and character to your festive table setting.

A charming Christmas gift for Moomin enthusiasts of all ages, or a little seasonal treat for your own home.

Why Choose Felted Wool?

Felted wool is naturally insulating, durable and resistant to dirt, making it an excellent material for practical kitchen accessories. Created by working wool fibres together into a dense, sturdy fabric, it combines everyday usefulness with a beautifully soft, tactile finish.

Each pot mat is individually handmade, so subtle variations are part of its unique character.
