Woven from 50% recycled wool and 50% lambswool, Cloudy Day is warm, soft and naturally insulating. At 65 × 90cm, it's a lovely everyday blanket for babies and young children.

About the design
Clouds are a familiar motif in children's interiors, but Cloudy Day keeps things beautifully simple.
Rather than a brightly coloured or overly sweet nursery print, softly shaped clouds are repeated against a calm background to create a gentle, dreamlike pattern. The blue colourway is especially understated, giving the blanket a quiet Scandinavian character that can sit easily alongside the rest of the home.
It's a design that feels appropriate for a new baby without being something they'll quickly grow out of.
Why choose recycled wool & lambswool?
Cloudy Day combines 50% recycled wool with 50% lambswool, bringing together the natural warmth and breathability of wool with a thoughtful approach to using material that would otherwise go to waste.
Klippan's recycled wool comes from wool left over from its own production. These fibres are collected and given new life in new blankets and throws, making better use of a valuable natural material.
Because the available recycled fibres can vary from one production run to another, Klippan advises that there may be subtle differences in colour and appearance between batches. Rather than being a fault, these variations are a natural consequence of working with recycled material and give each production its own character.
Wool itself is naturally breathable and insulating, helping to provide warmth without overheating – one of the reasons wool blankets work so well both in the pram and around the home.
